Privacy policy
Effective since October 22, 2026.
Valkrën (valkren.app) is a toolkit website made by fans of the game Haikyuu Fly High: economy calculator, team builder, catalog, tier list, community and clubs. Here we explain what data it stores, what for, where, and how you can delete it.
Who is responsible
The party responsible for the data is Valkrën. For any question about your data or this policy, write to us at valkren@valkren.app.
What data the site stores
Without an account: what you enter in the calculator, the team builder and the tier list is stored only in your browser (local storage). It never leaves your device.
With an account (you sign in with Discord or Google), we store:
- Your account: your email address and the identifier that Discord or Google gives us. The email is not shown on the site.
- Your profile: username, display name, profile picture and description. These are public. If you request verification, also your game ID (only you can see it) and the screenshot you send.
- Your plans: a cloud copy of what you save in the economy calculator, the team builder and the tier list, so you have it on all your devices.
- Clubs: the clubs you create or belong to (name, description, logo and members, which are public) and, if you request club verification, its game ID and the screenshot.
- Community: the teams and tier lists you publish, your comments, your votes and the reports you make. What you publish and comment is public, under your username.
Cookies and analytics
We only use the cookies needed for sign-in to work: your account session cookie and a temporary one (10 minutes) to take you back to the page you were on after signing in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
To know how many people use the site we use Vercel Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or store personal data: it counts visits by page, language, country, device type and the site you came from.
What we use it for
- So you can sign in to your account and have your plans on all your devices.
- To show your profile, your posts, your comments and your clubs on the site.
- To manually review user and club verification requests.
- To look after the community: reviewing reports and stopping abuse.
We do not sell your data, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not share it with anyone other than the providers listed below.
Where it is stored and who it is shared with
- Supabase: stores the accounts, the database and the images you upload (profile pictures, club logos and verification screenshots).
- Vercel: hosts the site and measures visits (without cookies).
- Discord and Google: only for signing in, when you choose to sign in with them. Your profile picture may be loaded from their servers.
- Discord (a private channel for the administrators): when you request a verification, we send your username, your display name, the game ID, the screenshot and your profile picture so it can be reviewed manually.
How long it is kept
- Your data is kept for as long as you have the account. When you delete it, it is removed immediately (see below).
- Verification screenshots are deleted automatically: once a month, those older than 30 days are removed.
- Comments you delete remain as "Comment deleted", without their text, so conversations are not broken; they disappear completely when you delete your account.
- What is in your browser stays there until you delete it from the browser.
Download, correct or delete your data
- Correct: your name, picture and description can be changed in your profile.
- Download: in your profile, "Your account" → download my data gives you a file with everything we store about you.
- Delete: in your profile, "Your account" → delete the account immediately removes your account, your profile, your plans in the cloud, your posts, your comments, your votes and your images. If you are a club captain, you must first hand over leadership or delete the club.
If you cannot sign in to your account or want to make the request another way, write to us at valkren@valkren.app.
Use of Google and YouTube APIs
Valkrën also has its own application, which is not part of the website and is not open to the public, with which its owner manages their own YouTube channels. That application uses the YouTube APIs with their Google account:
- What data it uses: data from their own channels and videos (YouTube Data API) and their statistics (YouTube Analytics API). Only from the channels of the person responsible for Valkrën: never from other users.
- What for: managing their own videos (titles, descriptions, thumbnails and playlists) and analyzing their metrics.
- Who it is shared with: no one. It is not sold, not transferred to third parties and not used for advertising.
- Where it is stored: only on the owner's computer. It is deleted by removing the application's files from that computer and revoking access.
- How to revoke access: from your Google account permissions page.
The use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
By using the YouTube APIs, the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy also apply.
Changes to this policy
If what we store or how we use it changes, we update this page and its effective date. If you have any questions, write to us at valkren@valkren.app.
