Tobio Kageyama (UR) and Toru Oikawa (Culture Festival) compete for the right to serve, with victory going to the one who activates their serve skill first. If Oikawa wins, Kageyama gains the [Brilliance] effect, which lasts for 1 set. If Kageyama wins, then each time Oikawa touches the ball, Kageyama gains 1 stack of the [Hates Losing] effect. Additionally, whenever Oikawa activates a skill, Kageyama gains another stack of the [Hates Losing] effect.

Oikawa’s [Strength] is increased by 20%, and all of Oikawa’s actions are considered critical. When an ally performs a critical play, the cooldown of Accurate Set is reduced by one net-crossing. Any extra setter other than Oikawa gains the following effect when touching the ball: [Set] and [Serve] increases by 2% for each stack of the [Attack Rhythm], up to a maximum of 20%. This effect lasts for 2 net crossings

Oikawa’s [Strength] is increased by 40%. When a member with the [Brilliance] effect is on the court, their attack parameters ([Power Attack], [Quick Attack], [Set], [Serve], [Awareness], [Strength], and [Attack Technique]) are increased by 50% of Oikawa’s corresponding parameters. Main parameters can increase up to a maximum of 1500, [Strength] can increase up to 100%, and [Attack Technique] can increase up to 10%.
Skill 1: Bring out 100% of your potential (Cooldown: No Cooldown)
Oikawa [Set] is increased by 10/13/16%. At the start of the rally, the member positioned diagonally opposite Oikawa gains the [Brilliance] effect. This effect lasts until the diagonally opposite member leaves the court. While a member has the [Brilliance] effect, that member’s [Awareness] is increased by 30%, [Reflex] is increased by 30%, and their main parameters are increased by 30%. Each time the ball is touched, allies gain 1 stack of the [Attack Rhythm] effect. For each stack of [Attack Rhythm], allies on the court have their [Awareness] increased by 1%, up to a maximum of 10 stacks. If Oikawa is on the court, whenever an ally activates their ultimate, they gain 1 additional stack of the [Attack Rhythm] effect.
Skill 2: Sniper serve (Cooldown: 6 Net Crossings)
Oikawa performs a jump serve with power equal to [Serve] ×160/180/200%. If this serve results in a service ace, the cooldown of this skill is reset. When the number of [Guidance] effect stacks reaches 5, the power of this serve is further increased by [Serve] ×150%.
Skill 3: The commander who leads us to victory (Cooldown: No Cooldown)
When Oikawa is on the court, if an ally performs a spike (power attack or quick attack) and the number of [Attack Rhythm] stacks is 6 or more, all [Attack Rhythm] stacks are consumed and Oikawa gains 1 stack of the [Guidance] effect, up to a maximum of 5 stacks. For each [Attack Rhythm] stack consumed, the power of the current spike (power/quick attack) is increased, and the ally performing the spike receives a 15/17.5/20% increase to their [Power Attack/Quick Attack]. For each stack of [Guidance], allies’ [Awareness] increases by an amount dependent on how many stacks there are(1 stack +40%, 2 stacks +70%, 3 stacks +90%, 4 stacks +100%), and Oikawa's [Strength] increases by 15% (up to a maximum of 60%). When the number of [Guidance] stacks reaches 5, whenever a member with the [Brilliance] effect scores, the cooldown of the Oikawa skill is reset.
Skill 4: Accurate Set (Cooldown: 8 Net Crossings)
Oikawa performs a Set with power equal to [Set] ×260/275/290/305/320%. The opponent’s back-row [Receive] is reduced by 20%, and this effect lasts until the ball has crossed the net twice. After Oikawa’s Set, if the first spike (power attack or quick attack) is performed by an ally who has the [Brilliance] effect, the opponent’s front-row [Block] is reduced by 20%, and this effect also lasts until the ball has crossed the net twice. At the start of each set, when activating for the first time, allies gain 5 stacks of the [Attack Rhythm] effect.
